Responsibilities
Over all Purpose
• Responsible for marketing of treasury products and onboarding new customers apart from increasing business turnover from existing customers.
• Ensuring that all customers of the bank route their forex business through the bank.
• Extend highest level of service to merchant customers and end to end handholding for service delivery.
• Achieve targets set by the bank for growth in both new and existing treasury business.
• Advise customers on rate movement and share views on markets.
• Prepare daily market commentary on forex and fixed income.
• Responsible for marketing deposits and other liability products in LCY and FCY to institutional and retail clients.
• Collate market intelligence on price movements.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieve budgets for new and existing business in forex and fixed deposits.
• Marketing of treasury products, both forex and liability.
• Advise customers on market movements and trading opportunities.
• Assist in timely settlement of trades.
• Development of products in line with industry.
• Merchant engagement events and programs
• Maximize forex turnover and revenue.
• Add new customers and ensure proper customer service to all clients.
• Prepare daily market commentary on forex and fixed income.
• Quoting rates to customers

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Commerce and Economics or any related discipline
• ACI (Association Cambiste Internationale) Financial Markets Association (ACI FMA) Dealing Certification
Details of experience
• A minimum of 5 years of practical treasury marketing and dealing room experience in a commercial banking environment
• Exposure to Bank policies, processes, and procedures especially in treasury products
• Experience as an exchange dealer in a commercial bank’s dealing room.
