Job Description
Main Objective
• The role holder is responsible for loading of available trucks in all transit loading depots in liaison with supply officers and Logistics teams and ensuring regular stakeholder updates on the loading performance in transit depots.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Monitor and update on transit route performance up to border points for TEM UL transit trucks.
• Monitor product aging in all our loading depots and prioritize trucks for product evacuation.
• Ensure supply and company activities comply with Company policies.
• Ensure availability of fuels / specialty product supplies at competitive prices.
• Ensure all activities are in line with TEMUL HSEQ policy with specific focus on individual HSE responsibilities assigned by departmental managed and guided by TEMUL HSEQ committee.
• Report all incidents, accidents and near misses on site.
• Attend all HSE trainings whenever called upon.
Candidate profile
• Bachelors degree in Procurement & Logistics, Accounting and or any other related field.
• Minimum of one(1) years’ experience in Supply logistics and Transport
• Proficiency in SAP.
• MS-Office Analytical & Reporting skills.
• Stakeholders Management Uganda Customs requirements
• Team Player.
