Job Details:

Main Responsibilities:
o Build and foster strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within the customer’s organization.
o Ensure that we are understanding the end-to-end Supply chain requirements of the customers.
o Define the local value proposition which address the customer pain points across the entire supply chain.
o Develop local business plan for increasing overall supply chain Share of Wallet and position Logistic & Services products.
o Engage in consultative selling across all levels of the customers organization including the C-Suite.
o Develop Account plans outlining the growth opportunities and strategic engagement with these customers with specific initiatives.
o Ensure that opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling are identified based on a deep understanding of the customer’s business model and requirements.
o Ensure successful business onboarding and contract compliance.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
o Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
o 3+ years of experience in Sales, logistics and supply chain management.
o Preferred experience in Freight forwarding.

Preferred Skills:
o High-level supply chain understanding including how it solves different customer pains
o Proven track record of targeting, pursuing, and winning a sizable portfolio of new key customers, through combined personal and collaborative selling efforts.
o English Fluency is a MUST.
o Strategic influencing and stakeholder management
o Proven experience leading diverse teams in a matrix organization
o Solution sales orientation
o Should be forward thinking, planning, and execution
o Having an understanding and respect of others
o Honest and accountable

Technical and Personal Skills:
o Ability to engage in consultative selling with customers
o Ability to articulate value creation by providing integrated solutions combining the Maersk products and services
o Experience within the FMCG vertical is an added advantage.
o A strong continuous improvement mindset
o Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
o Self-motivated, independent starter who is also a good team player
o Strong analytical skills
