Pride is currently seeking dynamic and energetic individuals to join their team as Sales Executives – SGL (Salary Guaranteed Loans) in different regions.
Role and Responsibilities: The Sales Executive – SGL will be responsible for achieving and maintaining specific monthly targets related to loan acquisition and customer engagement. The role involves the following key responsibilities:
1. Achieve and maintain the following monthly targets:
• Secure a minimum of 15 loans per month, each valued at least Ugx. 45,000,000.
• Establish and maintain close relationships with customers, gathering market intelligence on customer needs and preferences.
• Ensure that 90% of mobilized/opened accounts are enrolled onto the Pride Mobile Phone Banking platform.
2. Prospecting and Cross-Selling:
• Identify and pursue new clients, as well as cross-sell products to existing clients within the assigned branch operating area.
3. Promotional Activities and Events:
• Organize and actively participate in promotional activities and events to enhance customer engagement and increase brand visibility.
Minimum Academic Qualifications: Candidates must meet the following academic requirements:
• A minimum of a Diploma in various fields, including but not limited to Commerce, Development Economics, Microfinance, Business Studies, Marketing, Social Science, Human Resource Management, Project Planning, Sales and Marketing Management, Agricultural Engineering, or other relevant/related fields.
• At least 2 Principal passes at A’ Level.
• Credit and/or Pass in Mathematics and English at O’ Level.
