Job Details:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the clinic orders, inventory, servicing, hygiene.
• Activate ambulance transfer for clients requiring ambulance transfer from site.
• Control and update the stock list of Emergency Medical drugs, sundries, and equipment.
• Work closely with HSE department: plan of action, planned inspection, procedures, SOP.
• Work with HR regarding Occupational Health (follow up, collect medical information, meeting with CMO and medical provider to improve the procedure, dashboard)
• Supervise and advice nurses working at the camps site under the responsibility of the CMO.
• Refer patients if needed to external Clinics or CMO or SMO
• Manage/ Update the first Aid kits with Medical Provider
• Update procedures and report linked to medical and safety.
• Implement prevention action (medical awareness session (posters, specialist meetings, intranet communication, vaccination)
• Plan the equipment maintenance, order equipment, drugs, and non-consumables.
• Supervise trainings and drills linked with medical providers (ALS, Advanced Life Support)
Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• At least three years’ experience in a clinic setting.
• Experience is provision of emergency care.
