We are looking for a Human Resource Administrator to offer robust HR support solutions to ensure HR services are delivered to drive business performance, oversight delivery of all HR & people deliverables to the business in Uganda.

About the role Key duties and responsibilities
• Coach line & junior managers at the business unit or site level
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Identify and implement measures to improve site profitability
• Manage internal and external customer relationship
• Stay updated on labour laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance.
• Deploy local initiatives to increase employee satisfaction, performance, retention, and effective communication at all levels
• Update employee data in the HR system and maintain accuracy of employee data
• Provide clerical and administrative support in the preparation of Uganda payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness in meeting salary payment deadlines
• Deploy DSC & local HR strategy
• Ensure delivery of annual performance reviews and tracking development.
• Coordinating internal and External trainings.
• identify HR solutions to add value to the local business and customer agendas
• Support managers to develop and deliver solutions for workforce planning and management including organization design, forecasting resourcing needs and identifying future talent requirements.
• Act as a coach to managers to increase management capability and compliance with policies
• Support effective delivery of HR technology "

About you
• 3-5 years’ experience in various Human Resources-related areas
• Exposure across all key aspects of HR processes including Talent, C&B, ER/IR etc.: Knowledge of the country’s labor/employment laws & common HR practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Business understanding
• Proven experience of building & maintaining relationship
• Proven experience of delivery of organizational change project
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business-related field What we offer
