Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Mechanic to assemble, maintain and repair machinery and vehicles. You will be responsible for ensuring functionality and reliability of machines, engines and mechanical systems. An excellent mechanic must have Automotive and manual dexterity and great attention to detail. They must be able to work with various machines and tools as well as follow all safety precautions. You will be responsible for inspecting company vehicles, diagnosing problems with the engine or other systems, perform routine maintenance, and complete necessary repairs.
Job Description
● Responsible for the inspection, maintenance and repair of engineering vehicles (trucks, trailers, forklifts, excavators, loaders, road rollers and other large diesel vehicles)
● Responsible for emergency repair of vehicle faults
● Examine all vehicles and oversee diagnostic tests to determine functionality problems
● Maintain work logs, repairs, and maintenance records
● Monitor inventory and order new parts when necessary
● Perform vehicle assessments and alert managers on issues that will prohibit their vehicles from passing inspection.
● Perform all tasks assigned by the administrator.
Requirements
⮚ Those who with over 8-10 years of repair experience is preferred
⮚ A degree/Diploma in Auto mechanics or any related field
⮚ Good Conduct and disciplined
⮚ Able to bear hardships, Problem solver, hard worker and obey distribution. ⮚ Fluent English communications
⮚ Self-motivated, independent, and reliable with a strong work ethic
Level 1: Intermediate Mechanic Engineer
⮚ 3-5 years of maintenance experience, can use relevant maintenance instruments and instruments
⮚ Can complete daily maintenance, complete automobile parts inspection classification, removal and installation
⮚ Judge and eliminate difficult faults of the car, such as common abnormal noise of the engine, circuit faults and other reasons, and complete the repair of general faults
Level 2: Senior Mechanic Engineer
⮚ More than 5-10 years of automobile maintenance experience, can use all kinds of maintenance and repair tools
⮚ Completes the daily maintenance, inspection and repair for all the vehicles
⮚ proficient in the maintenance work of engine, hydraulic system, chassis, circuit andsoonof engineering vehicles, and able to complete the emergency repair of vehicle faults
⮚ Proven ability to diagnose and repair vehicles and follow safety instructions and directions
