Job Details:

Duties Responsibilities
• Participating in diagnosis, treatment and management of patients.
• Evaluating patients and referring them for specialized health care.
• Participating in the delivery of quality health care to patients.
• Participating in Outreach and Community Health Programmes.
• Participating in research activities.
• Participating in continuing Professional Development Programmes.
• Promoting observance of the Professional Code of Conduct and Ethics.
• Compiling and submitting periodic reports.
• Performing any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Key Outputs:
• Patients diagnosed and treated.
• Patients referred.
• Outreach health service programs implemented.
• Code of conduct and ethics implemented.
• Reports compiled and submitted.

Qualification Training
• Must have MBChB from a recognized Institution
• Master’s Degree in a health-related field will be an added advantage.
• Must be registered and licensed with Uganda Medical and Dental Practioniers Council • One (1) years’ exposure in managing HIV/Aids patients.
