Job Purpose:
Implementing patient care management initiatives
Duties Responsibilities
• Participating in planning and budgeting of health care service provision in the ART clinic
• Diagnosing, treating and managing patients.
• Carrying out human resource function of identifying man power needs
• Overseeing the function of health management information system.
• Ensuring adherence to professional code of conduct and Ethics
• Carrying out quarterly technical support supervision to the sites.
• Coordination provision of continuous professional development.
• Managing and account for allocated medical and other resources.
• Carrying out mentorship of other staff.
• Providing CMEs to other staff.
• Compiling and submitting monthly reports.
Key Outputs

Qualifications and Training
• Must have a diploma in clinical medicine from a recognized Institution
• Training in management will be an added advantage
• At least two (2) years’ experience in managing HIV/TB patients in a clinical setting
