Job Details:

Principal Accountabilities:
· Respond to all direct/indirect customer queries and requests promptly
· Manage the office reception and handle walk in customers and visitors
· Prepare booking forms and offer letters for new customers.
· Coordinate preparation and sharing of sales agreements for customers and follow up with customers to ensure the agreements are signed
· Filing and record keeping of all customers and sales agents’ documents
· Updating of customers details and payments on the online Customer Relationship Management platform (CRM)
· Coordinate preparation of marketing materials/collateral for the various projects
· Coordination of marketing events for the projects

Minimum Requirements
1. Strong customer service orientation
2. Demonstratable ability to work in a fast paced and busy environment.
3. A bachelor’s degree in a business or real estate field
4. 2 Years’ experience in sales and/or customer service
5. Experience in real estate sales/customer service will be an added advantage.
