Job Purpose
To ensure that all customer motorcycles are fixed right the first time and hence achieving service throughput and revenue targets as well as customer satisfaction.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Achieve sales targets for Yamaha workshop services through effectively servicing customer's motorcycles as per service menus□ Carry out pre-delivery inspection on all new motorcycles prior to delivery
• Provide quality workmanship
• through fixing customer motorcycles right the first time in order to avoid repeat jobs.
• Accurate identification of motorcycle faults, parts that need replacement and proper fitment of motorcycle parts
• Manage his/her performance through active identification of training needs & participation in available training & development programs
• Timely and accurate communication of motorcycle defects through preparation & submitting of defect reports to supervisor.
• Respond to & handle customer complaints promptly through addressing all repeat jobs brought to his attention to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
• Proper management of all technical tools & equipment allocated to you at all times to avoid accidents and waste.
• Adhere to Toyota standards by carefully handling customer motorcycle & tools to avoid damages and losses.
Job Requirements
• One year's experience in Technical works
• Motor Vehicle/ motorcycle Technician Diploma/ Certificate

• Good customer service attitude
