Kampala Club invites applications to fill the vacant position of the Waiter.
Job brief
• We are looking for a skilled Waiter to take orders and serve beverages to members. The ideal candidate must have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role.
• Responsibilities.
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about various brands of the beverages)
• Prepare and do mis-en-place
• Welcome and greet members and direct them to seats.
• Take accurate orders and serve members. (e) Attend to members' complaints. (f) Collect bills for payment.
• (8) Perform any other duties assigned to you from time to time by the Club General Manager.
Education:
• A minimum of a Certificate or a Diploma from a recognized institution in Hotel and Institutional Catering
Experience:
• 2 years of experience in a hotel/bar environment.
