Job Details:

BACKGROUND
Formula 21 Pitstop, a subsidiary and affiliate of African Initiatives for Relief and Development (AIRD), is an Authorized Service Centre that has been set up to repair and maintain on-warranty Toyota and other branded vehicles in the Mbarara area. To support the functioning of the service center, competent and well qualified Ugandans are invited to apply for the following available positions.

Purpose of the role
To support the branch in all areas of financial management and support the Project Manager in Service Centre administration.

Purpose of the role
Grow business by prospecting, identifying, understanding and meeting customer needs, effectively sell Parts, build and maintain sustainable customer relationships, whilst co-operating with the rest of the Team.

Duties and Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets through effectively identifying and selling of parts.
Develop & maintain an accurate and up-to-date effective customer database for business use.
Record & report service rate and lost sales data accurately to support inventory management
Keeps customer promises through completion of all requests, fair prices and on-time delivery.
Managing & building sustainable customer relationships
Responsible for monitoring & regulating debtor days through enforcing timely debt collection for better liquidity.
Arrange / plan and execute customer visits and timely reporting to the Business Manager with follow-on actions.
Adhere to all company SOP and especially to Sales process SOPs. Be trustworthy and dependable.
Participate actively in any company activity and co-operate cordially with the rest of the Team
Provide customer service assistance in terms of technical advice and enquiries by customers.
Prepare and follow up on all quotations requested by retail customers to ensure achievement of revenue
Demonstrate the functioning and operation of Toyota Genuine Parts
Process sales invoices and arranging for delivery of products. Proper document keeping and management for future reference
Efficient and effective Debt collection
Sales prospecting through various platforms to introduce our products and services to potential customers
Respond to & handle customer complaints promptly through coordinating and following-up all customer related issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Perform any other duties that may be assigned to him/her.

Experience and Educational
Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a business/Engineering or related discipline.
• Two years’ experience in sales & marketing in the Automotive industry
• Product/Automotive Industry Knowledge
• Valid Driver's License
